Coffee is best consumed hot and fresh, so Italy began establishing coffee houses, today's Italian Espresso Bar. They have become synonymous with a comfortable atmosphere and good conversation, thus adding romance and sophistication to the coffee experience. In Dietro Caffè aims to do just that, only in Medford, NJ.
Whether at a bar or at home, you can count on Italians (and anyone who loves Italian culture) to drink coffee. But Italian coffee culture is special. It is a culmination of traditions, customs, and history. Though different regions in Italy have their own slight variations on coffee making and bar culture, the fundamentals remain the same: espresso, a standing bar, and a wonderful social atmosphere.
Consistent with the Italian way of life we offer aperitivo Thursday through Saturday that includes light fare and wine or fresh beverages. We are thrilled to share this with everyone here who has experienced it in Italy, or wishes they could.
