In Dietro Caffè, located in downtown Medford, is a great place to work and a great place to socialize.  We are an authentic Italian espresso and wine bar where family and friends meet to enjoy La Bella Vita.

We provide a supportive environment where you can learn excellent Barista skills and preparation of Italian street food and other caffe foods. As a Barista you are responsible for preparing a full menu of coffee drinks as well as paninis, toasts, gelato and other items. 

Primary qualities to be successful in this job include a conscientious work ethic, good customer service, and reliability. Training is provided in order to develop highly competent skills. As a senior Barista you will function independently as a manager on duty, but also work in coordination with the entire barista team.  

Typical compensation is approximately $20 an hour, including tips.  Hours flex around your schedule.
